This case will include all visa applicants applying in affected countries including immigrant visas, nonimmigrant visas, humanitarian visas, and diversity visas

The fee to join the case is $2000. Active duty members of the US military will receive a $500 discount.

STEP 4 – Create a declaration describing your situation and why you’re suing. You can create this using our Litigation Declaration Builder app here.
Once you have done each of these things, we’ll review and make sure you’re eligible for the case. We’ll let you know if there is a problem, but if you hear nothing from us, assume you’re okay. We will send out an email shortly after March 27th confirming you are a plaintiff in the case and we’ll send out an additional notification once we file the lawsuit.

- Travel Ban litigation – [Not adding plaintiffs] We are challengin the ability of the State Department to deny visas based on regional travel bans (Schengen area, Brazil, China, Iran, Ireland, South Africa and the UK).
- K-1 Brazil – [Not adding plaintiffs] – This case will challenge K-1 visa processing delays at the US consulate in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- K-1 Egypt -[Not adding plaintiffs] -This is challenging K-1 visa processing delays at the US consulate in Cairo, Egypt.
- Egyptian spouses of US citizens – This case will challenge immigrant visa processing delays at the US consulate in Cairo, Egypt. Currently adding plaintiffs here.
- EB-5 Consular Processing -[Not adding plaintiffs] -This case will challenge EB-5 immigrant visa processing delays at consulates around the world.
- Aker v. Trump – [Not adding plaintiffs] -This case challenged the Presidential Proclamation 10014 and 10052 with respect to DV winners. We are no longer seeking clients for this case. However, the judge has certified the case as a class action and potential class members can go to https://innovationlawlab.org/press-release/litigation/dv-2020-winners-class-member-information-signup/.
- Milligan v. Pompeo – [not adding plaintiffs] This case challenges K-1 fiancè visa delays.
- Tate v. Pompeo – [not adding plaintiffs] This case challenges the O-1 visa delays.
- Anunciato v. Trump – [not adding plaintiffs] This case challenged the Trump Administration’s immigrant visa ban (Presidential Proclamation 10014) and visa processing delays.
- Purdue University v. Scalia – [not adding plaintiffs] We have filed a case challenging the US Department of Labor over a new rule that dramatically hikes wages for H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 and PERM cases.
