On the 5th of October, we celebrate World Teacher’s Day – a day on which teachers all over the world are recognized for their commitment. If you want to start remote access, you need a valid license assigned to the respective account , e.g. via your own AnyDesk address or alias. By user, the initiator of a session is meant.
With each paid license, devices can be registered according to the size of the license. A user can, for example, log in and start sessions on up to 3 devices in parallel.
You can rename your AnyDesk address (e.g. 123 456 789) to an available alias in the @AD domain (example. My.Name@AD). The namespace option allows you to specify an individual namespace available only to you, e.g. My.Name@CompanyName.
Unattended Access allows you to access a remote device without anyone having to be active or accept a session request on that. Instead you need to enter a password and are then connected to the remote device. You can read more about this in our help center:
