Samsung Kies is also good, better than itunes infact(I own an itouch and trust me, I know). Install Samsung Kies into a internet enabled PC (better not to do it in a Cyber Cafe. I installed Samsung Kies software. Clean now app. It prompted for a firmware update (PDA:LFB / Phone:LF3 / CSC:LF3 (INU)). Kies took an hour to download and install. Installer completed successfully. I am listen to music a lot. The sound quality seems to be good. The volume is low through the headphones though. The speaker is loud enough for my needs.

I don't know whats wrong with all the electronic company these day. Computer manufacturer, television manufacturer, laptop manufacturer all racing to launch their own unimpressive smartphone. I have seen the Sharp smartphone, Acer smartphone, Toshiba smartphone and et cetera. Design wise are really good. But never sell well.

No laging .laging and hanging are dependet on user.my grand prime is great perform.great camera .great video rcrdng.and wat a great battery backup..still beter than lenovo k3 note..beter camera than k3 not.great natursly sharp image production..and far far beter video recordng than k3 not .very naturaly great..far beter selfie cam. Thab k3 not.absolutely great hardware and display.i see lenovo worst camera .ugly video rcrdng .worst battery backup and selfie cam. .and lot of issue hardware and software and heating issue.only fake specified chinese future.
